Incident lock: the clip survives the loop
Every continuous dashcam loops — it records over the oldest footage when the card is full. The danger is that a loop can overwrite the one clip you needed before you got to it. DashMan detects a jolt or impact and locks that clip, so ordinary loop recording never touches it. Locked incidents stay put; only routine footage is recycled.
Auto-offload: the card never silently fills
The second failure mode is a full SD card that quietly stops recording. DashMan's app automatically clears synced incident clips off the card once they are safely on your phone, so the card keeps working and you are never unknowingly unprotected.
